Notlar	.Also known as: Aḫlāḳ-i ‘Azmī Efendi. Copy of a translation of Ḥusayn Wā‘iẓ al-Kāshifī’s Akhlāq al-Muḥsinī, a work on ethics. Pīr Meḥmed b. Pīr Aḥmed b. Ḫalīl used the pen-name of ‘Azmī (d. 990/1582) The transcriber Ḫusrev b. Muṣṭafā is known as Ḫusrevzāde. The original work was concluded in 974/1566-7. The copy was finished by Ḫusrev b. Muṣṭafā in 25 Rebī‘ü l-āḫir 998 (2 March 1590).

Mülkiyet	Collection Levinus Warner (1665) The copyist was also the first owner of the MS according to a note in f. 1a; another owner’s inscription was made on a river bank at Izmir on 26 Muḥarrem 1013 (24 June 1604). Another owner’s inscription of the ḳāżī‘asker of Anatolia and Rumelia Ebūlfażl Maḥmūd, known as Ḳara Çelebizāde (d. 1063/1653), occurs in the margin of f. 2a.
