Decoration: Keywords and headings rubricated ; textual dividers in the form of inverted commas (mainly in red) ; a few marginal glosses in decorative shapes. Script: Naskh ; clear Egyptian hand in a medium to bold line ; mainly serifless with effect of slight inclination to the left or right (varies from one to the other), curvilinear descenders, open and closed counters, pointing in distinct dots, alif maqṣūrah usually pointed as yāʼ, kāf mashqūqah preferred (even final kāf), final nūn quite round with dot set deep in bowl. Layout: Written in 23 lines per page ; frame-ruled.
