Support: Machine laid and wove papers of a few types ; following contents listing a machine laid type with watermark of crown / scepter with "BRITISH STANDARD" (see pp.28, 30, etc.) ; another machine laid type with watermark "PAPETERIE DE RENAGE" (see pp.112, 114, 116) ; another type, machine wove with watermark "Alex. Pirie & Sons | EXTRA STRONG" (see p.124, 140). Decoration: Headings and keywords rubricated ; opening contents listing executed entirely in red ink. Script: Naskh with influence of ruqʻah ; modern hand in a narrow line ; mainly serifless with effect of tilt to the left, slight effect of words descending to baseline, curvilinear descenders, pointing in strokes or conjoined dots (sometimes oriented vertically), final yāʼ usually unpointed. Layout: Written mainly in 17 lines per page.
