Notlar	About: Careful copy of an abridgement of the Shawāhid al-rubūbīyah, one of Mullā Ṣadrā Shīrāzī's (d.1641) last works summarizing his main teachings. \| Shelfmark: Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, Special Collections Research Center, Isl. Ms. 940 Origin: As appears in colophon on p.65, transcription completed at the first of the Hijrī year corresponding to 1938 [i.e. March 1938]. Likely copied in Egypt in the late 1930s and bound for James Heyworth-Dunne (d.1974). Former shelfmark: Mich. Isl. Ms. temp. no. 89 Binding: Boards covered in black cloth with black leather over spine (quarter binding) ; pastedowns and flyleaves in wove paper printed with a floral vegetal pattern in pink and green ; spine gold-stamped with title and decorative accents over raised bands "شواهد \| الربوبية" ; overall in fairly good condition. Support: Lined / ruled wove paper ; some cockling. Script: Ruqʻah ; quick, compact hand in a medium to bold line ; serifless and freely ligatured with mainly closed counters, effect of inclination to the right and of words descending to baseline, pointing somewhat careless and in strokes rather than distinct dots, final yāʼ usually unpointed. Layout: Written in 26-27 lines per page. Collation: Pagination in pencil, Western numerals, supplied during digitization. Colophon: "Scribal," reads "وكان الفراغ من تسويد هذه الاوراق في غرة السنة ... الهجرية سنة ١٩٣٨ والله يتولانا ... ويوفقنا كافية السعادة وحسن الختام" Explicit: "وهذا الروح هو الذي قوبل بالملائكة جميعهم والى هنا تم المرام فاح مسك الختام ولاح بدر التمام" Incipit: "مقدمة ان حقيقة الانسان حقيقة جمعية وحدتها كوحدة العالم وحدة تأليفية ذات مراتب واطوار كثيرة من التجرد والتجسم ..."
