Datable to the mid eighteenth century. Rough nastaʿlīq and shikastah āmīz, by multiple hands. Extensive annotations in margins. Pencil, Persian numerical and raqm foliation, discontinuous in item c. Lacking binding. Old paper dust wrapper (BEIC legal publication for Regulation XVIII of 1817). Folios unbound, occasionally disordered with lacunae; cropped, wormholes, later repairs. Condition fragile.
