Loose folded paper wrapper (torn leaf extracted from EIC legal publication, unidentified); watermarked (lion rampant guardant holding sceptre in crowned oval frame; not dated); stained. Folios mostly unbound; cropped, wormholes, stains, some smudging of text. Owner’s inscriptions at beginning. Condition fragile.
