Lacking original binding. Old paper dust wrapper (BEIC legal publication for Regulation VIII of 1819); torn, creased, stains; labels. Folios unbound and loose; lacuna (between ff. 194-195) excessive wormholes, creases, stains, smudged text, cropped. Condition very fragile.
