Paper dust wrapper (BEIC legal publication on Act XLIII of 1850, published Calcutta 1851, Bengal Military Orphan Press, by J C Sherriff); watermarked (Britannia/Minerva seated in crowned oval frame; not dated); labels, torn and stained. Folios unbound; cropped, wormholes, stained, later repairs. Condition fragile.
