Neat and scribal nastaʿlīq, shikastah āmīz, neat naskh, by named scribe and several later hands. Numerous annotations in margins. Not foliated. Lacking original binding. Paper dust wrapper (BEIC legal publication on Act XXXVII of 1850); watermarked (Britannia/Minerva seated in crowned oval frame; not dated); labels, torn and stained. Folios unbound, several lacunae; loose interleaving slips and fragments; severely cropped, stains, smudges, wormholes, detaching later repairs. Condition very fragile.
