In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the One God, we begin, with the help and good grace of God Almighty, by transcribing the book of the Pure and Holy Epistles and what follows from the Discourses and the Apraxis, the beginning of which is the first letter of the Apostle Paul to the Romans... in the peace of the Lord, Amen.
