On fol. 1a: Title and name of the author, ownership statements, reading statements, tradition, mention of what was written on the crown of Chosroes Anūshir[w]ān. On fol. 1b: Verses, mention "961a" (corresponding to Brill's catalogue). On fol. 2a: Title and name of the author, ownership statements (the earliest dated legible dated 1040 H.; one dated from al-Shām, 1072 H).
