Notlar	Watermark (bound into the spine)؛ Beige European paper with laid lines. catchwords; frequent marginalia by different hands refer to chapter headings or contain fetāvā, additional information, stories, letter formulas; some marginalia are dated (e.g. f. 105b: dated 1134/beg. 22 Oct. 1721); section headings in red ink. Date: mid-18th century (?). 4 unpaginated ff. precede the text: f. Aa: scribe's note (?): Sa‘īd b. Aḥmed el-Burūsevī; ff. Ab—Da fihrist; f. Db: 1 vaqf and 1 biographical note. Book of formulas for legal documents, title deeds, contracts etc., divided into books, with a “khātima fī ‘ilm al-inshā” (ff. 130a-144b). A collation with Tur 7 shows that only the last page is missing. Other copies: Karatay, Türkçe Yazmalar, I, no. 318; Yapı Kredi 2001, no. 601. The leaves bound into the volume concern actual court (maḥkeme) cases of marriage settlements, vaqf, etc.; like the marginalia they mostly concern cases from Bursa, dating from the 1120s and 1130s (ca. 1708¬-1727). The Topkapı Sarayı collection only includes 3 manuscripts on this topic (see Karatay, Türkçe Yazmalar, I, nos. 317-319); Türk. Hss. vol. 4 (nos. 101-103) and vol. 5 (nos. 123-125) list similar works.
