Praise be to God and peace be upon His chosen servants. Al-Bayhaqi narrated in Al-Madkhal with his chain of transmission on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, who said that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whatever you have been given from the Book of God, act upon it. There is no excuse for anyone to abandon it.”
