Notlar	I-VI contain a detailed description of contents. Well defined chain lines in some leaves (three by three). Numerous marginal notes by the copyist and others, especially on fols. 162v-167r, where the notes are more extensive. Title heading: al-Juz’ al-thāmin min Ṣaḥiḥ al-Bukhārī; the authors name and sources are enclosed within a large gold frame with blue-green ornamentation on fol. 1r. Note in Ottoman Turkish, now defective, in another hand inside the upper cover.
