Notes	(A fragment containing from the Book of Partition to the chapter on the rulings on disposal of a mortgage from the Book of Mortgage) The copyist wrote the text entirely in black ink, and used red ink to write the titles, ((branches)) and abbreviations: ((M)) and ((Sh)) (the text and the explanation), on a newly made piece of paper, and the copyist left a set of blanks during the text.
Sample Text	The book of division, meaning this is a book explaining the rulings on division, so it is nominative as a deleted predicate, and it is permissible to put it in the accusative case: Read the book of division, or take it, or there. Its inclusion is the consequence of pre-emption, because each of them is a result of the common share. If one of the two partners wants to separate while his property remains, he asks for division, and if he does not sell it, he is obligated to pre-empt it.
