He said... Muhammad bin Ali bin Al-Arabi Al-Hatimi Al-Ta’i, may God be pleased with him: Praise be to God who brought man from the existence of his knowledge to the existence of a jewel in his eye at the beginning of his creation. He looked at it with the eye of majesty, and his shame melted when I realized his sight, so I poured water, storing in it the jewels of his knowledge and pearls.
