Notlar	Pottery jar with pointed base, flaring body receding to a narrow cylindrical neck. There are four handles on the upper part of the body. Buff slip tinged with reddish orange. Between three of the handles runs an inscription in hieratic "Wine for the Lady Thuaa" who was the mother of Queen Tiy and the mother-in-law of Amenophis III. The jar is a typical piece of XVIII Dynasty pottery. Condition, the entire neck is missing, there are several minor chips in the slip. \| more \| less
