Notlar UE VII: trial piece; the lower parts of two standing nude male figures, this was brought in separately but was stated to have come from the same hoard of a working jeweller; U.16927A-G: A=BM122943, B=BM122942, C=BM1931-10-10, 232, D= BM1931-10-10, 232, E= no number given and F=31-43-178. Published as 31-43-7 UE X: the following figure is probably a trial piece, cut intaglio on a square of red limestone. It represents a rider, on a bull's back, sitting in profile with shoulders almost turned front. With one hand he holds the animal by the horns. The other hand carries a stick or whip. His knee is bent high as on some other examples of that early style of riding. Trial piece.
