Notlar Greenish blue glazed faience deity striding upon a rectangular base. The figure wears a sndy.t kilt, broad collar and tripartite wig. Atop his head are a sun-disk and uraeus. He holds an ‘nh in his right hand. With his left hand he holds a w;s scepter to his chest. A back pillar with ribbed eyelet rises almost to the top of the sun-disk. Condition: Once broken in two across lower legs but now mended; section of lower right leg once broken off but now mended. Incrustation in some hollows, especially on rear of disk by back pillar. Numerous small pits in glaze; small cracks over right eye. Glaze darkened in spots. | more | less
