Notlar	Gold amulet in the form of a crescent (or horns) with suspension loop. The loop was bent out of a broad strip of sheet, of which the edges had been folded over and soldered down to give a finish; it is soldered into slits carved into the solid gold crescent. The latter was cast and its surface has a slightly frosted look. The materials contains a speck of hard white metal. Condition: Very good. The loop is very much worn; the amulet was probably worn during the owner’s lifetime. \| more \| less
