C.), était schaïkh al-Islâm, avec le titre de Taqî al-Dîn, à Damas, où il mourut en 728 de l'hégire (1327-1328 de J. C.). Dans cet ouvrage, on trouve de nombreux extraits de sa correspondance littéraire et théologique, et au fol. 38 v°, une dissertation sur l'ivresse, فصل فى السكر و اسبابه و احكامه. La préface commence par ces mots : الحمد لله نحمده و نستعينه و نستشهد به و نعود بالله من شرير انفسنا الخ. Scanning from a substitute document. This doctor, born in Ce arrân, in 661 de l 'hégire (1262-1263 by J. C.), was schaïkh al-Isteur, with the title of Taqî al-Dîn, in Damascus, where he died in 728 of the helegra (1327-1328 by J. C.).
