Le numéro 8 est inscrit aux contreplats et sur une note collée au f. 1, selon laquelle le manuscrit se trouvait à la Bibliothèque de la Qarawiyīn à Fès en 1350 h. / 1931-1932. Numérisation effectuée à partir d'un document de substitution. Titre au f. 1. Le texte a été composé entre rağab 1105 et ğumādā I 1115 h. / février 1694-octobre 1703. Inc. (f. 1v) : الحمد لله الذي جعل الشفاء لمن شاء في العمل ولم يخرج عن لطفه ... وبعد فإن علم الطب من مهمات العلوم Exp. (f. ) : وقد تجلت بحمد الله دوره النفيسة و ختم علينا بقوى وبالله التوفيق أواخر الأصم رجب المبارك سنة خمس وماية وألف وتجلت كذالك غرره المنيرة في أول فرع منه بعد ذلك انتها عشية يوم الخميس المبارك من أواسط جمادى الأولى سنة إحدى عشر وماية وألف على يد مؤلفه Copie achevée le mercredi 24 ḏū al-qa'āda 1213 h. / 22 avril 1800 par Muḥammad ibn Maʿrūf (f. 213). le nom du copiste est plus complet au f. 1 : Muḥammad ibn Maʿrūf al-Šarīf al-Ḥasanī al-Figīgī, élève du šayḫMawlāy al-ʿArabī ibn Aḥmad al-Darqāwī (f. 1, 213).
