Thus can be cited the ms. Tchcano persiano 3, which is dated to 1598 -cf. Rossi, o.c, p. 28-29 -, the ms C. 8 in. of the Ambrosian of Milan, also dated 1598 -cf. A.M. Piemontese, Catalogo (...) Italia, Rome, 1989, n ° 207 p.173-4 -, the ms Barberini gold. 89 of the Vatican, dated 1601 - cf. Rossi, o.c, p. 158 - and the ms No. 247 Sup. of Ambrosian also dated 1601 -cf. Piemontese, o.c, n ° 208 p. 174 -. The same Tūmā Le ān dAleppo signs in 1617 in Ağmīr, India, under the name of Tūmāğān Armanī the copy made for Robert Hugues of a Persian dictionary preserved today at the Bodléien Library of Oxford, cf. Sachau-Ethé, Catalogue (...), I, n ° 1915, col. 1100. On this figure, former pupil of the College of Neophytes, also named Tomas de Angelis Alepinus, see also G. Levi Della Vida, Ricerche sulla Formazione del più antico fondo dei manoscritti orientali della Biblioteca Sur cana, Rome, 1939, p. 216-7]. To the f. 1 figure of the former libris of G. B. Vecchietti and a leaflet of his hand where it is indicated that this manuscript was given to him in Florence on 10 August 1609 by Cammillo Rinuccini [this one had already given in 1597 to G.B. Vecchietti the current ms. Or. 283 of the Laurentian]. Perhaps this word is part of the collection of B. dHerbelot. He wears to the f 2 a label with “n ° 5” and in f. a number “72.” He was part of the collection of Abbot Eusèbe Renaudot who bequeathed him in 1720 (see label attached to f. 62v) at the Abbey of St. Germain-des-Prés.
