Abbreviated from the Biographical Dictionary by Ibn Khallikân (whose second title is انباé ابناé الAbماناhyper-like). The author, LAlî ibn Yaauteur qoûb ibn LAlî ibn al-Walî ibn al-Basrizî, native of auteur amâh, says in a final note that he finished this book the last month of the year 751 of the helira (January 1351 of J. C.). The word, probably autograph, is of a beautiful cursive writing; the diacritic dots are very often omitted, and the ink is almost erased in several places by humidity. The preface begins with these words: النLa الالداș علLa مرface الدễوș الباĕالعلĕالاياș الشễوLa. At the top of the volume is a list of the leaflets which it contains, and at the end a copy of the لامية العĕdu dAl-du oghrâi, an extract from the Kitâb al-Madu ârif by Ibn Qotaiba, and some small notes. انباء ابناء الزمان لامية العجم وفيات الاعيان و انباء ابناء الزمان Numérisation effectuée à partir d'un document de substitution. Abrégé du Dictionnaire biographique d'Ibn Khallikân (dont le second titre est انباء ابناء الزمان). L'auteur, ʿAlî ibn Yaʿqoûb ibn ʿAlî ibn al-Walî ibn al-Bârizî, natif de Ḥamâh, dit, dans une note finale, qu'il a terminé cet ouvrage le dernier mois de l'année 751 de l'hégire (janvier 1351 de J.
