پانل مربع از تونیک ابریشم بافته شده. دایرهای که یک شکارچی سواره را در بر میگیرد که شیری را با نیزه در میآورد. نواری که از دایره بیرون میآید، که برای پیوند آن به دایرههای تکرار شونده نیز کار میکرد، متوالی شکوفههای قلبی شکل دارد. فضاهای میانی دارای طرح های گلدار به شکل نخل هستند. رنگ ها آبی، قرمز، سبز، زرد و سفید، روی زمین قرمز هستند.

Square panel from a tunic of woven silk. A circle enclosing a mounted huntsman transfixing a lion with a lance. The band outling the circle, which also served to link it to the repeating circles has a succession of heart-shaped blossoms. The intervening spaces have floral designs of palmette form. Colours are blue, red, green, yellow and white, on a red ground.

Fragmentary silk stuff in the shrine of St. Mandelbertha in Liege Cathedral is almost idential in design with this panel.
