WARP: white wool; Z2S; 14 threads to the inch (50 per dm). WEFT: brown wool; Z spun, unplied; 2 parallel threads per shoot with 1 shoot after each row of knots; 10 knots to the inch (37 per dm). PILE: wool; 8 colours: yellow, dark green, dark blue, light blue, dark pink, pink, brown, white; symmetrical knot tied around 2 warp threads; 70 knots to the inch (925 per dm). SIDE FINISH: both sides are cut. END FINISH: both ends are cut DESIGN: field: dark blue ground with a lattice of green stems bearing large rosettes (mainly yellow and pink), blue blossoms and smaller white ones.
