Fiziksel açıklama
1278-1888 to 1278E-1888 comprise six fragments from a textile, possibly a furnishing. All of the fragments are tapestry woven in red, green, yellow and purple dyed wool on undyed linen. These fragments originally formed areas of decoration on a larger, plain woven undyed linen fabric, surrounding areas of which are preserved on several of the fragments. The decoration consists of a vertical band divided into alternating registers with dancing figures, dressed in yellow, red and green, and running animals (lions and hares). The figures are on a ground further decorated with floral designs. This central area is bordered with a running decoration of a wavy stem, with arrow-head leaves in red and green.
