Fiziksel açıklama
Tile in the shape of an 8-pointed star, fritware, decorated in the overglaze technique known as lajvardina (from 'lajvard', the Persian for 'lapis lazuli'), in which the background is a deep cobalt blue. The surface decoration is moulded, and represents a plant with four branches from which triangular-shaped leaves sprout. The branches and leaves were originally decorated in gold leaf but most of it is now lost, and the blue background is covered in small curled leaves in a white pigment.
