Fiziksel açıklama
Coffer-front of carved walnut. It is divided into three compartments by parallel interlacing straight and curved bands; the centre panel contains an arcade of three round-headed arches supported on two columns; beneath the arches are a terrace and a staircase with balustrade on each side, the rest of the space being occupied by cypresses, flowering plants and rosettes. Each of the side panels has a circular compartment in the centre amid four smaller circles; the centre circle and the spandrels contain sprays of flowers. The whole is surrounded by a border of âtongueâ ornament. The back is cut at the upper corners to receive the ends of two small hinged compartments. The keyhole has been filled up.
