Fiziksel açıklama Warp: white cotton; Z6S; 36 threads per inch (140 per dm); depressed. Weft: blue wool; Z-spun, unplied, 2 parallel threads per shoot; white cotton: Z2S; one shoot per cotton after each row of knots and one shoot of wool after every three rows of knots; 25 knots per inch (102 per dm). Pile: wool; 10 colours: red, orange, yellow, green, dark blue, blue, light blue, purple, pink, white. Asymmetrical knot open to the left and tied around two threads. 450 knots per sq. inch (7140 per sq. dm). Side finish: one cord oversown with red wool. End finish: Lower: incomplete with evidence of 1.5cm plainweave with white wool, two parallel threads per shoot. Upper: missing but evidence of plainweave in light blue wool. Design: Field: purple ground varying in shade along the length, densely packed with five and a half sinuous stems in rows bearing many small flowers and edged on all four sides with small stylised sprigs. Main border: white ground with pregnant mother and child botehs. No inner border. Outer border: green ground with small floral meander.
