Notlar Manuscript. Title from leaf 1b. The manuscript is incomplete and opening leaves are missing. Date of compilation from the colophon, the ascribe is unknown; names of certain Mullā Muḥammad 'Alī and Mīrzā Kāẓim appear on the recto of the final leaf. Title of the manuscript Mafātīh appear on the side edge. Physical description: 23 lines per page; written in neat naskh on laid European paper. Rubrication, catchwords, underliners; heavily glossed, marginal corrections and interlinear notes. Gloss and the text appear in two different handwritings. Mafātīḥ al-sharāʼiʻ comes in two parts: 1) Fann al-ʻibādāt wa-al-siyāsāt ; 2) Fann al-'ādāt wa al-mu'āmilāt. Incipit: ... علی الفاظ بید قصیره ...من غیر دلیلو الابناء ...
