Notlar	Incipit : نحمدک ىا من من علىنا بتشرىع الشرائع والاحکام ... Manuscript Title from first page. 14 lines per page, wove oriental paper. Persian shikastah Nasta'alīq hand. Black ink throughout, catch words, some marginal glosses and corrections. Composed on Wed. 25th of Rabī' I 1272/1855. The author was most probably associated with the Shaykhis. One of the treatises of kāẓim al-Rashtī (d.1843) was composed in responce to Mīrzā Shafī' Māzandarānī. This is composition no. 2 from a manuscript with Two compositions. Includes an unknown text (ff. 90a-140b), which is incomplete at beginning and end. Holding in McGill Library's Rare Books and Special Collections: Two titles bound together subsequent to production: Sharḥ Du'ā' al-simāt (ff.1b-29a). [between 1700 and 1799]. -- Mas'alah fī ḥaqq al-rujū' fī al-ṭalāq (ff. 30b-89b), 1273 [1856].
