Notlar	Title from caption (fol. 1v)., Written in a naskh hand in black ink, rubricated in red, 25 lines per page, with marginal corrections. Arabic quotations are vocalized in black. Brief notes as to the contents of pages are written on margins of some pages mostly in red, some in black in various hands. There are catchwords on the verso of each leaf., There is loss of text on several pages due to wear and repair, especially towards the end. The writing on fol. 1v is partially effaced., There are stains and smudges on many pages., Many pages and binding are repaired ; leaves have been trimmed from edges causing partial loss of marginal writings and catchwords., Bound in blind-stamped red leather. Apparently binding is not original., Cream laid paper. 21.3 x 15.6 cm. (18 x 11 cm.)., There are two dates written on fol. 1r. with two separate notes: 1193 [1779] and 1257 [1841]. Another note, possibly an ownership statement is deleted (fol. 1r)., There is a note with the name Muḥammad Qandahārī in it, dated 12 Ramaḍān 1281 [1865] on the verso of the leaf after fol. 232., A collation note on fol. 232v is partially obliterated and contains names Mīrzā Zayn al-ʻĀbidīn and Mīrzā Muḥammad ʻAlī., Seal on fol. 4r reads: ʻAbd Muḥammad [Ri]ḍā., According to colophon, copy completed in 1123 [1711] (fol. 232v).
