In this file: original and photocopies of documents related to the endowments in Acre, Haifa and Tiberias. Among the photocopied documents: a photocopy of a document entitled “Mirmiran Ali Pasha Endowment,” which relates to the authorization of the late Ali Pasha for his properties within the city of Akko, as well as his house and garden in the village of Mizra and the lands surrounding it in 1813, issued by the Sharia Court of Akka. A document requesting a marriage permit and a power of attorney in 1925, and a photocopy of documents in English related to a case held in the Special Council based on an appeal in the Supreme Court of Palestine in 1936 related to the endowment of Ali Pasha, in addition to photocopies of documents in Kamal Maadi’s handwriting related to the Zaytouna Mosque in Akka in 1981, and a photocopy of a handwritten document from 1980 related to the decision of the Sharia Court in Acre regarding the endowment of Hajj Muhammad. Al-Sadiqi, as well as photocopies of handwritten documents in Hebrew related to the Al-Sadiqi Endowment, as well as photocopies of documents in English related to the Al-Shazli Endowment in Acre in 1936. The file also contains original copies of legal transactions and endowments, including: a document related to an agreement between the agent of the Tiberias Endowments, Nayef Al-Tabari, and Ali Abd al-Jabr regarding emptying the toilet pit of the Zaydani Mosque in Tiberias in 1943, a document related to the appointment of a trustee over Endowments of the White Mosque in Nazareth in the Acre Sharia Court in 1930, a document relating to the records of an endowment from the Haifa Sharia Court, a document relating to a marriage permit and a power of attorney in 1925, documents including endowment records from the Haifa Sharia Court in 1910, a document relating to a rental and rental agreement in the English language in Acre in 1947, a document relating to the appointment of a trustee for an endowment in Acre in 1948, a document relating to the rent of a general endowment. 1939, a document related to a request addressed to the Sharia Judge of Nazareth regarding the restoration of a shrine in 1946, a document that includes a contract for the Al-Zaydani Mosque in Tiberias, and finally a document related to a power of attorney case issued by the Haifa Court in 1897. Among the contents of this file are also: a letter from B. Dichter (ב. דיכטר) to Aharon Laish regarding attaching photocopies of the 1981 endowment records
