Decoration: Rubrications in red. Headpiece in gold and red (f. 2v); first page opening text border-ruled in gold and black (f. 2v-3r). Origin: Opening poem is dated 1135 AH. (1722/3) (f. 5r). Shelfmark: MS Or 150. Also available as a digital facsimile. Gift of David Eugene Smith, 1931-1934. Quarter covers with flap in green paper over pasteboard, brown leather spine and fore-edge hinge.
Örnek Metin Versified treatise on common Arabic grammar and Arabic and Persian vocabulary in 30 poems. Titles are in Arabic; verses are in Ottoman Turkish with the vocabulary words in Persian and Arabic.
