Notlar	It is copied for 'Ālīqadar ibn Ghanī Aḥmad Laqānī (colophon in Arabic). Originally is composed by Niẓām al-Dīn Aḥmad in 1660 dedicating it to Shāh Abbās II of Persia. A treatise on the horse, its diseases, treatment, and amulets for horses. It includes a Muqaddimah, three marḥalas and a khātimah. Scraps religious and poetical on the last three leafs. 14 lines per page, few notes on the margines. Indian nasta'alīq, catch words, rubricated. Manuscript. Presented to the library by Casey Wood in 1927. Half bound black leather, black grained over boards, some pages are worm-eaten, stab sewn. Holding in McGill Library's Rare Books and Special Collections, Blacker Wood Rare Books : An explanatory note on the manuscripts provided by Ivanow placed on the back jacket of the manuscript.
