The correspondence in which the General Director of Higher Education of the Ministry of Culture, V. N., forwarded the application of Necati, a student of Malatya High School, to the Music Teacher Training School through the Malatya Province High School Directorate. The correspondence in which the director of the Music Teacher Training School informs Necati, a student at Malatya High School, of the dates of the selection exam for his entry into the opera section of the Music Teacher Training School.
