Selahattin Eyüp Özbay's petition to Istanbul University Faculty of Law for a certificate of education and certificate of good conduct. The correspondence written on the back of the petition by Istanbul University Faculty of Law, stating that Selahattin Eyüp Özbay was enrolled in the French (B) course at the School of Foreign Languages.
