The application petition written by Saadet İkesus, the daughter of Nigar İkesus, a typist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who had received singing lessons from Music Teacher Training School singing instructor Nurullah Şevket and graduated from Ankara Girls' High School, to the General Directorate of Higher Education of the Ministry of Culture to enter the opera section of the Music Teacher Training School. The correspondence from the Ministry of Culture, General Director of Higher Education V. N. to the Music Teacher School regarding Saadet İkesus' application to enter the performance section of the Conservatory to be opened in Ankara. The correspondence in which the director of the Music Teacher Training School informs Saadet İkesus of the dates of the selection exam for entry to the opera section of the Music Teacher Training School.
