After the basmalah; And the prayer: Praise be to God for His blessing and blessings be upon His Prophet Muhammad and his family. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “My nation will split into seventy-three (such-and-such) sects, all of them in Hell except one. It was said: Who are they? He said: Those who (such-and-such) are upon what I and my companions are upon.” These are the beliefs of the saved sect, namely the Ash’aris - and repentance is obligatory and is accepted by God as a kindness, not an obligation, and enjoining what is right follows what is commanded. If it is obligatory, then it is obligatory, even if it is recommended. It is recommended and his condition is that it does not lead to strife and that it is thought to be accepted and that spying is not permissible. May God strengthen us in these correct beliefs and enable us to work with what He loves and is pleased with.
