Praise be to God who is worthy of praise.. Chapter on the nature of purity and how to arrange it. Purity in Sharia law is a name for what makes it permissible to enter into prayer. It is divided into two parts, ablution and tayammum, and it revolves around four things, one of which is the obligation of purity... -.. And whoever destroys for a Muslim any of the entertainments that it is not permissible to own, such as the oud, the drums, and the like, he is not obligated to do anything, and if he destroys that on a non-Muslim in his possession, he must guarantee it... The letter has been completed.
