Notes	After the basmalah; Praise be to God for what He has bestowed, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad. After all, jurisprudence is the most noble of sciences. I wrote a brief book on the rules that I called Al-Fawa’id Al-Zayniyyah in Hanafi jurisprudence. I was inspired to make a book in the previous style after I called it Al-Ashbah wa Al-Naza’ir.
