Açıklama The idea of justice was proposed by John Rawls in 1971 and was highly welcomed by the scholars. This approach has also entered the realm of ethics and formed the idea of moral justice. Several classifications have been proposed for organizational justice. However, the classification that Greenberg (1993) stated attracted many followers. Greenberg divided organizational justice in three categories: distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. The justice based approach was found to be more legal rather than moral and that is because the concept of justice required the organization focuses on the rights of individuals. This approach has affected legal aspects of the organization. According to the studies, organizational moral values influence procedural justice and interactional justice, too. The improvement in organizational justice leads to the promotion of organizational commitment and the promotion of organizational commitment causes the growth of moral behavior.
