Açıklama
The efficiency index shows the degree of strength, firmness and solidity of administration and management of organizations. Both quality and quantity of this index have wide-range consequences in internal and external levels of the judicial system. The present paper attempts to investigate the related discourses of the Imam Khomeini (RA) and Imam Khamenei (May God Lengthen His Life) based on the grounded theory methodology and then demonstrates the efficiency outcomes and contingent implications from their viewpoint. Accordingly, the guidelines proposed by these two Grand Ayatollah were recognized via meta reading and open sampling the selected texts through open coding method along with component analysis (637 codes, 47 concepts and 77 sub-concepts and 5 categories were identified). Results of the study indicates that the most essential consequences of the efficiency of the judiciary from the perspective of the Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei are crime prevention, sense of security, attracting people's trust, development and excellence of the judiciary and the Islamic Republic of Iran's sacred system
