یادداشت‌ها	مجموعه ای از دستور العمل های دارویی احتمالاً توسط یک داروساز که از او به عنوان «دمشقی» (الدمشقی) یاد می شود. به تعداد زیادی از ساده ها از جمله زعفران، بدلیوم، فلفل، مر هندی، بادام، چوب صندل، دارچین، گلاب، عسل، کنجد، روغن کنجد، لیمو و سرکه اشاره شده است. ظاهر دست‌خط نشان می‌دهد که اینها احتمالاً یادداشت‌هایی بوده است که داروساز برای استفاده خودش گرفته است، کتابچه راهنمای عمل او.
