Notlar	Recto: To the left of the basmala there is the note: اعذرنى اعزك الله فى القرطاس 'Forgive me, may God strengthen you, concerning the papyrus' (i.e. excuse the fact that I am using a sheet that has already been used). Text opens after basmala: جعلت فداك واطال الله بقاك ودام كرامتك. The writer states that he has received a note (رقعة) from the addressee concerning a debt owed to him by a certain ‘Abdallāh al-Qanā‘ī. Verso: Fragment of an account, consisting of a list of Greek numbers followed by a diagonal checking mark.
