The writer requests the addressee to make investigations concerning a certain person with whom the writer has had dealings: احببت ... ان تنظر فى انسان اعامله. Closes with the taṣliya. Verso: Fragment of document of lease of a house (الدار). The word كرا 'lease' is mentioned. One of the parties is a freewoman (مولات). The document closes with a record of the acknowledgements of the parties. Dated 26[?] A.H.
