Recto: legal document concerning the betrothal of the orphan girl Sitt al-Muʿazzaza bat Šela b. Obadiah to Abū l-Fatḥ Fataḥya the cantor b. Yešuʿa. Dated Marḥešvan 1498 of the Seleucid Era (= 1186 CE). Signed by Solomon b. Zakay and Yefet b. Šela. Verso: addendum, dated Ṭevet 1499 of the Seleucid Era (= 1187—88) in Cairo.
