Notlar Bu bayan. 1937 yılında Simsar'ın kataloğunun tamamlanmasından sonra Lewis tarafından satın alındığı açıktır. Simsar'ın eserlerinin kütüphanedeki kopyasının arkasında el yazısıyla yazılmış bir listede yer almaktadır ve ChM tarafından tesadüfen fark edilmiştir. Kasım 2008'de. Ms. kırılgan durumdadır ve korunması gerekmektedir. Metnin sayfalandırması ChM tarafından yapılmıştır. 25.11.2008 tarihinde.Cildi modern (Avrupa) siyah deridir, damgalı bir süse sahiptir ve ön tarafında Elphinstone'un altın mühür baskısı bulunmaktadır. Sırt kısmı düz siyah deridir ve beş kordonludur. Çift taraflı yazılar ebrulu kağıttan yapılır ve bunu kalın Avrupa kağıdından iki yaprak takip eder. Alışılmışın dışında metin dokuz kitaba (daftar) ve iki yarıya (nisf) bölünmüştür. Her deftar, ışıklı bir ünvan altında başlar ve bir kolofonla biter. Yanlışlıkla deftar 5 olarak adlandırılan deftar 6'dan sonraki numaralandırma hatalıdır ve bu hata sonuna kadar taşınmıştır.
