Notlar Collection of piyyuṭim including a piyyuṭ for the last day of Passover לבבתיני אחותי אשר פני דמשק צופה by Levi b. Mar Saul (f. 1r), a rešut la-nišmat  יפתח עלמת חן ומעין נעלמה by Joseph b. Ṣadiq (f. 1r, bottom), a poem מעשה אלהים על גדולתו עד by Abraham Ibn ʿEzra (spelled Aḇram) (f. 2v) and שהדי במרומים ובשחק עדי.

Not(lar) The fragment has been conserved the wrong way round: poem 139 begins on what is currently f. 2r; 140 begins on what is currently f. 2v; 141 begins on what is currently f. 1r. Apparently, this is the central sheet of a quire (judging by the continuity of the numbering from f. 2v to f. 1r. Belongs with T-S NS 145.5b. T-S NS 145.5b is apparently not only from the same manuscript, but also one of the adjacent sheets to T-S K6.12 in the same quire (judging by the fact that T-S NS 145.5b contains poem number 143.; Associated manuscripts: T-S NS 145.5b
Köken (Provenance) Donated by Dr Solomon Schechter and his patron Dr Charles Taylor in 1898 as part of the Taylor-Schechter Genizah Collection
